The YOUniverse is a pioneering organisation in Vietnam, shaping a holistic arts education model where learning, entertainment, and community come together in an inspiring creative journey. It creates a new space for young people who may not be professionally trained in the arts, but who are driven by passion, curiosity, and the desire to express themselves.
At The YOUniverse, we believe education should be more than the acquisition of knowledge, it should be a journey of self-discovery, confidence, creativity, and meaningful personal growth. Each of our programs is thoughtfully designed to give students the freedom to explore who they are, recognise their individual strengths, and express themselves with greater confidence. Through immersive learning experiences, creative practice, collaboration, and guided reflection, students are encouraged to develop not only new skills, but also a deeper understanding of their own voice, ideas, and potential.
Our approach places the individual at the heart of every learning experience. We create a supportive and inspiring environment where students can experiment, make discoveries, connect with others, and grow at their own pace. Whether through music, movement, performance, communication, or creative projects, every experience is an opportunity to build confidence, curiosity, resilience, and self-expression.

Bootcamp
Bootcamp is our flagship learning experience and the starting point of each student’s personal and creative development journey.
Designed as an immersive and transformative program, Bootcamp encourages students to explore who they are, unlock their potential, and develop greater confidence in expressing their ideas. Through hands-on activities, creative projects, workshops, and collaborative experiences, students strengthen self-awareness, creative thinking, communication, and teamwork.
Vocal Program
Our Vocal Program offers personalised training for students who want to strengthen their speaking and singing voices while becoming more confident in using their natural vocal abilities.
Guided by experienced professionals, students develop healthy breathing and vocal techniques, clearer pronunciation, musical awareness, and greater control and expression in their voice.
Dance Program
The Dance Program offers regular classes across a variety of styles, giving students the opportunity to build confidence through movement and performance.
Through structured practice, students develop coordination, musicality, body awareness, self-expression, and stage presence while discovering the joy of expressing themselves through dance.
Interstellar Musical Society
Interstellar Musical Society brings together students who share a passion for music, singing, and ensemble performance.
Through regular rehearsals, collaborative practice, and shared performances, students strengthen their vocal skills, musical listening, teamwork, and confidence while learning how to contribute meaningfully as part of an ensemble.
Workshops & Masterclasses
Our Workshops & Masterclasses offer immersive learning experiences in the creative arts for participants of all ages. Led by experienced artists and industry professionals, each session provides practical techniques, fresh perspectives, and opportunities to explore creativity in a supportive and inspiring environment.
Musical Production
We produce fully licensed Broadway musicals, creating opportunities for passionate non-professional performers to receive structured training and experience the journey of a professional theatrical production.
From rehearsals to the stage, participants work alongside experienced local and international creative professionals, developing their performance skills, confidence, discipline, and ability to collaborate as part of a professional production environment.
Concert
Our Concert series introduces a new performance format that combines live performance, storytelling, conversation, and audience interaction.
Audiences are invited not only to enjoy the performance, but also to discover the stories, ideas, and creative processes behind the music through meaningful encounters with leading artists from Vietnam and around the world.
ARTventure
Artventure is a travelling arts initiative that brings creative inspiration directly to schools across Vietnam.
Through performances, workshops, artist interactions, and hands-on activities, the program introduces students to diverse art forms, encourages curiosity, and inspires young people to explore their creativity and discover new possibilities through the arts.

Thanh Lê founded The YOUniverse with the belief that art can shape people, not just performers. Through The YOUniverse and AEI, she creates meaningful experiences that help young people build confidence, self-awareness, connection, and the courage to live authentically.
Nicholas Gentile is an internationally experienced conductor, musical director, composer, and educator whose work spans stages from London’s West End to the Kennedy Center in the US. As Artistic Director of The YOUniverse, he brings global artistic expertise into experiences that help people connect, collaborate, create, and discover their own voice.
Meritorious Artist Chau Anh Dang is a distinguished music educator and choral expert with nearly 30 years of experience, and a pioneer in bringing Vietnamese choirs to international stages. She is also widely recognised as a jury member for numerous national and international choral competitions. As Artistic Advisor of The YOUniverse, she brings deep expertise and a belief that music teaches us to listen, harmonise, and create something greater together.
Philip Quast is an internationally acclaimed stage and screen actor with a career spanning Broadway, the West End, and Australia, best known for his iconic role as Javert in Les Misérables. As an Artistic Advisor to The YOUniverse, he brings decades of performance and teaching experience, inspiring young people to express themselves authentically and grow through the arts.
